- We have developed an advanced infrastructure in order to run our business operations in a systematic manner. In order to manufacture and supply qualitative Hydraulic Door Closer, we have installed all the ultra modernized machinery, tools and equipment in our infrastructure.
- Our infrastructure is sprawling across a 15000sq.feet wide area of land that helps us to execute our business operations in a hassle free manner.
Our infrastructure enables us to complete the clients’ bulk orders in a timely manner. ERP system for Planning , Maintenance , Store material Handling, Work permit, Finish products stock , Utilization of our Resources - In our plant large manufacturing facility with ultra modern automation system of assembly and CNC-VMC machines for precision machining work.
- For more precise and smooth working of door closer we have a burnishing machines,Ultrasonic cleaning machine, automated cutting machine for finish Raw material cutting, Milling machine, a color paint plant with modern oven technology,screen printing and packing machine.

Quality Management System
- We have a ASNT (American society of non-destructive testing) SNT-TC- level-II qualified engineer for material testing and quality checking.
- In quality checking received material hardness & material composition, dimension checking of machining parts and received goods, leakage testing, cycle testing, dispatch product checking.
- We have facilities in QC lab like Hardness tester, Surface plate, Cycle testing machine, Sour hardness tester, Dye penetrant testing kit for crack Detection,Ultrasonic cleaner, Dial- bore gauge, Micro meter, Digital Vernier Caliper, Torque meter, Air leakage testing machine.
